KORE Power Inc. plans to build a KOREPlex lithium battery manufacturing facility in Buckeye. The 2 million-sq-ft facility will produce up to 12 GWh of battery cells per year. It is being designed by SSOE/Stevens & Wilkinson. W.G. Yates & Sons Construction has been chosen as the general contractor.
