David is passionate about helping companies look to the future and re-imagine their products and services to be technology-enabled, sustainable, and customer-obsessed. Prior to joining AWS, David was a Senior Vice President and CIO at AECOM, a global infrastructure consulting firm, where he led teams to modernize the global technology estate and deliver client-facing digital solutions and services that span cities, transportation, buildings, water, energy, and the environment.
